"Our starting point is the wealth of the West and that of developing countries."

In Mutual Learning Journeys we take business professionals on a developing mission. We bring them into contact with fellow workers from an organization in a developing country to work together on a project by means of a business case. This intense cooperation is supervised by experienced process counsellors and is used to tackle personal and group issues.

During this unique exchange of about 11 days we make use of the strength, viewpoints and wisdom of the participants from the west and of those from the developing country.

This Development-Co-Operation is therefore twofold: in participating you support an organization in a developing country and at the same time your own (organizational) questions about development are answered.

The strength of a MLJ lies in the combination of the following factors:
  • Learning and development
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Working on business goals
